  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is validated and prepared for shipment.


2. Shipping Methods

  • Preferred carriers: DHL, UPS, or equivalent logistics providers
  • Carrier selection may depend on destination, customs reliability, and shipment type
  • Customers may request a specific carrier during the quotation stage

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

4. International Shipping & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes
  • Any delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control
  • Accurate documentation (invoice, HS code, product description) is provided with every shipment

5. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • North America: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

6. Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive:

7. Packaging

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
